Novato UMC, also known as Praise Chapel, is a vibrant and welcoming church located in the heart of Novato, California. Our church has been serving the community for over 50 years, providing a place of worship, spiritual growth, and strong community connections.

Our Mission and Values

At Novato UMC, we are committed to fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment where individuals and families can deepen their faith, find meaningful connections, and make a positive impact in the community. Our mission is to spread the love of Christ and inspire others through worship, fellowship, outreach, and service.

Worship and Fellowship

Join us for uplifting and inspiring worship services every Sunday. Our passionate and dedicated worship team leads us in heartfelt praise and worship, creating an atmosphere where individuals can connect with God. We offer both traditional and contemporary services, catering to the unique preferences of our diverse community.

Aside from worship, we believe in the power of fellowship and building authentic relationships. We encourage everyone to participate in our various small groups, Bible studies, and prayer meetings, where individuals can engage in deep conversations, share their experiences, and support one another in their spiritual journeys.

Programs and Events

At Novato UMC, we offer a wide range of programs and events designed to meet the spiritual, emotional, and social needs of our members and the community.
