Introduction

Welcome to the Los Altos UMC Changemaker Initiative, a community-driven project that has recently received a significant grant from the Lily Foundation. With the generous support of the foundation, we are thrilled to announce the launch of our new initiative, "Change the Story."

About Los Altos UMC Changemaker Initiative

The Los Altos UMC Changemaker Initiative is an innovative program focused on fostering positive change within our community. With a deep commitment to serving others, our initiative aims to address critical social issues and make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals.

Partnership with Lily Foundation

We are delighted to have received a substantial grant of 1.5 million dollars from the Lily Foundation, a renowned organization dedicated to providing support and resources to transformative projects. This partnership will empower us to implement our "Change the Story" project, which seeks to address local challenges and create lasting change.

Change the Story Project
